Sunday, April 1, 2018 at 6:30 am: Easter Sunrise Service & Breakfast

All who are interested in attending will meet behind Faith United Methodist Church to watch the sunrise  above the three wooden crosses and hear the scripture from Pastor Cam. The gospel writers tell us that Mary Magdalene and some of Jesus’ other female followers went to his tomb early in the morning Sunday morning. They went to grieve and to tend to Jesus’ body, as was the custom at the time. When they arrived, they found the stone rolled away, and the tomb empty. Later, they would learn that Jesus, who was crucified, is alive. Afterwards we will meet in the Fellowship Hall for a light breakfast.
